During this unsettling and trying time we here at Elite Auto Centre wanted to give you some reassurance that we are doing everything possible to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees. We have taken extra cleaning seriously and are wiping down points of contact focusing on customer facing areas (countertops, door handles, pin pads, etc) throughout the day, followed by a thorough clean at the end of each work day.
Each car that is in for service will have the steering wheel, gear shift and door handles, etc cleaned before and after service. In our sales department, we are following guidelines and not shaking hands and trying to stay at a respectable distance. We are encouraging customers to utilize our shuttle service during their appointments to avoid close contact with other customers.
We have asked all staff to avoid coming in to work if feeling unwell or if they have travelled, to respect the federal and provincial recommendations of self-quarantine for 14 days. As a small local business we cannot express enough how much we appreciate your continued business to allow our staff to keep working during this time.
